The CCO Rookie Award is only available to members who first enrolled in CCO during 2005. Their calls are listed below. This award goes to the Rookie with the highest score as calculated from the difference between the sCCOre at the beginning of the year and the end. ie. VE3xx had 75,000 points accumulated at the beginning of the year and 200,000 at the end. The difference is 125,000 which is the number used to compare to the others. This is the list for 2005.
